I would like to share my experience with SPINAL DECOMPRESSION
I have had bad pain in the right side of my neck for about 8 years. The past year it progressed to constant pain. I couldn’t turn my head to the left or lift my head up off a pillow without major pain.
In addition to the neck pain, I have had vertigo for about the same timeframe. It has gotten extremely bad in the past year. I had trouble walking and I couldn’t bend over or look up without getting very dizzy.
My primary care physician said I might have to have surgery, so I mentioned all this to Dr Day. He suggested I get the spinal decompression done on my neck.
I am extremely glad I took his advice. I now have no pain in my neck and my balance is 98% good. I can actually stand up without having to hang on to something until I get my balance. This was the best investment I ever made in myself; well worth the cost. The treatment has totally changed my life. It feels so good to finally be normal.
I am so thankful for Dr. Day; he is so caring and knowledgeable.
Dr Day is my hero.

I just wanted to say first that I had a negative opinion about chiropractors before seeing Dr. Joe. I have seen many doctors over the last several months who offered little if any support or treatment plan except for Dr. Joe. He is a gentle giant both in his physical treatment of me and his demeanor. He patiently listens to my constant whining and gives me nothing but encouragement and hope for the future. Dr. Joe is a man amongst kids in the medical field.
Dr. Day is one of the best! He is thorough, knowledgeable, explains everything and gets the job done. I highly recommend paying him a visit.
